Bathroom remodeling, done completely.
Vanity, tile, lighting, flooring, fixtures — full bathroom renovations from demo to finish.
A bathroom remodel is more than one job.
A bathroom often gets split across trades — tile, fixtures, painting. We handle the whole thing. That means one conversation, one crew, one timeline. No juggling three different contractors around your schedule. No gaps where something falls through. No waiting three weeks for someone to come back and finish the last 10 percent.
Whether it’s a partial refresh or a down-to-the-studs renovation, we coordinate the full scope and hand you back a finished bathroom when we’re done.
Every detail accounted for.
Vanity & Sink
Custom or stock vanity installation, countertop, sink, and faucet — level, sealed, and ready to use.
Tile & Flooring
Floor tile, shower surround tile, backsplash — properly prepped, waterproofed, and laid for a lifetime of use.
Lighting & Mirrors
Vanity lighting, sconces, ceiling fixtures, and mirrors — installed to match the finished look of the room.
Shower & Tub
Shower surround installation, tub swaps, glass doors, and fixture upgrades — tight and properly sealed.
Paint, Trim & Finish
Wall repair, primer, paint, and trim — the finish work that makes a bathroom look professionally remodeled.
Fixtures & Hardware
Toilets, towel bars, hooks, toilet paper holders, shower heads — the final 10 percent that makes everything feel done.
A straightforward process.
We walk through the space with you, listen to what you want, and talk through options at every price point.
A written scope and itemized estimate — no surprises, no change-order games.
Controlled demo. Dust protected. Old materials hauled away. Surfaces prepped for new work.
Tile, vanity, fixtures, lighting, trim, paint — in the right order, done once, done right.
Final inspection together. Anything not right, we fix. You sign off when you’re happy.
“Rob and his crew are simply the best. Professional, honest, cost effective and reliable. They are truly the whole package. It is rare to find such an honorable business that genuinely care about the customer and the work they provide.”
One bathroom,
start to finish.
A full bathroom remodel in Dagsboro, photographed at every stage. Nothing staged and nothing borrowed — this is the same room from the first day of demolition to the day we handed it back.
01Demolition Begins
Vanity and toilet out, supply lines capped, and the wall opened where the plumbing runs. The old vinyl floor comes up with it.
02Down To The Studs
Tub surround removed and the alcove taken back to framing. This is the point where you find out what is really behind a wall.
03Board Goes Back
Moisture-resistant board in the wet wall around the tub, standard board everywhere else. It costs more and it is the right call in a bathroom.
04Finishing
Seams taped, coated, and sanded flat. Rushing this stage is the reason so many remodels look wrong under a vanity light.
And the room we handed back.

Quartz-top vanity, framed mirror, matte black fixtures, new tub surround, and luxury vinyl plank throughout. No water damage was found behind the tub on this one — when we do find it, remediation happens before anything gets closed up.
